Susanne Dilg
Mission
I believe in the uniqueness, beauty, and abilities of every human being.
My mission is to help people access and use their strengths, their confidence, and their trust in themselves.
Freedom of choice, a sense of purpose, creativity, and the desire to live and work are achievable even in complex,
challenging, and often confusing contexts. On your own path.
Burning for something without burning out.
Using crises as opportunities to grow.
You take the first step.
I will accompany you part of the way.
For an informal first meeting ...
Work Ethic
No matter what your starting point and your goals are, we work together as equals.
You can rely on me to use scientifically sound methods and procedures, such as systemic, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches.
I use psychological test procedures -
not to pigeonhole you.
Quite the opposite.
My aim is to help you to break out of entrenched thought and behavior patterns and to allow yourself to apply your full (leadership) potential.
Profile Susanne Dilg
My Path to My Current Profession
I have more than 40 years of professional experience. My career began in the human resources department of an intergovernmental organization. From there, it led me to the IT department of a global high-tech company, where I was responsible for project, process, and quality management, as well as internal training.
Through many years of experience as an employee in performance-oriented and demanding work areas, I have a good idea of my clients' work contexts.
I have worked as a self-employed coach, consultant, seminar leader, supervisor, and psychological counselor since 1997.
My training and professional experience as an independent psychologist in my own practice are complemented by my life experience as a business partner and wife, mother of three now adult sons, daughter, friend, and volunteer. Through my lived DEI values and Christian orientation, I approach all my clients with care, empathy, and non-judgment.
